How To Repair Dead,Restart,Hang V3,v400,v300,v600,v500,v180,v220 solution
I want to share this to all:
simple tips in repairing Dead,Restart,Hang motorola phones such as V3, v400,v300,v600,v500,v180,v220.
Dead no power
First make sure your battery is 100% ok and charger
If you cant seem to get it to power even with a external power supply
Wont go to boot mode by pressing (hold and press +and# then power button)
No responds with charger
1.Try to boot phone by pressing (hold and press +and# then power button) if its goes to boot mode try to flash phone if not step 2
2.Try to connect phone to smart-moto and check if phone is in flash mode already thats why it wont turn on
3.Reheat PA module or remove it and try to turn phone on without PA . if PA is shorted phone wont turn on or no responds at all with any power supply ( some shorted PA cannot be tested by a tester in battery terminal so I recommend that you take PA out , base on my experience )

Underfill Rework Process
Open/peel off the shield cover, put the board on the repair fixture, use hot gun to heat the BGA, remove BGA when the solder melted.

Suppose ur iphone have ORANGE,AT8T or O2 Network,before unlock insert same NCK SIM than do Unlock with procedure,
after doing this insert sim any network, if still no signal use 3.4.5. Point
3. reset network settings (phone will reboot) wait until phone reboot to normal mode
4. remove simcard then re-insert simcard
5.turn on airplane mode...wait 10 seconds then turn off airplane mode
1) backup pm with jav using modified cable field 1 TO 310 WITH
SELECTING READ PM OPTION u can also read 1 and 309 in case you don't
have modified pm you can use them next time.

3)now we are ready to do erase with jaf select "BB5Erase_UNI_rapido.bin" file as mcu if fail select as ppm

now select any firmware but please don't select too old or too new because we gonna need it in some case.
now ur phone is on with imei damaged 1234567....and sp area should be FFFFFFFFF means corrupted.
first step is restore ur 308 backup.in case if you are not able to restore you have to use same firmware version you have it before when you take backup.
now wait 1minute after write..........
and replug cable to phone and check you get SP AREA repaired or not.
if repair means backup accepted
if still damage then you have to use same firmware version you have it before when you take backup.
now phone is on contact retailers or imei damaged only but fully working I mean.
at time you can write MODIFYED PM WITHOUT SX4..
because phone certificates is not in it so no need to do sx4 just select modified pm and write it.
now we can restore RPL backup which we made before.
Some people maybe receive any error message when updating / install HWK on latest versio, it's a simple tricks to avoid any error of them.
1. Uninstall ALL previous versions, if you have 2.0.6/2.0.7 installed you MUST uninstall HWK Suite BEFORE trying to uninstall HWK Support Suite.
2. Install HWK Support Suite download from supportlogin
3. Connect your UFS+HWK before running the HWK Update Client
4. Run HWK Update Client, Next, Wait ..., Start HWK update >>
5. Once your HWK has been sucessfully updated, click the Support button in the HWK Update Client and download HWK Suite.
6. If you have more than 1 UFS+HWK run steps 3 and 4 for each UFS+HWK.
7. Install HWK Suite

Sometimes our Motorola E398 dies in a very bad way - nothing helps. This can happen if you end up with damaged flash memory, where the firmware and all program memory are stored
After such crash in practice nothing can help at all - no forceboot, no testpoint, no existing known recovery method! And here comes one method, which can probably still be able to revive your phone, even with dead flash memory. We already have one successful revival using that
Sympthoms:
- Ramldr shows errors like ERR Г
- MFF and PST cannot flash, they show errors.
We need the following:
- Phone corpse
- Full backup of the phone firmware
- Charged battery or at least USB charger
- Ramldr by Vilko
- Loader for Ramldr (ldr_*.bin)
- Hex editor (like XVI32)
- Good understanding and following the procedure below
What to do:
0. Test Point (it is not required)
1. Search for the broken cells
2. Making backup in peaces
3. Final stage of recovery
3a. Making our own ldr_part*.bin
3b. Recovery and obtaining working phone
0. Test point is alraedy discussed in the revival and survival. It is not required anyway.
1. Get ldr_*.bin, open it with Hex editor, "jump" (в XVI32 - [Ctrl]+[G]) to address F8 (that is the start of the flash memory), put value 10 00 00 00 (4 bytes)
Jump to address FC and put value 12 00 00 00
Save the file.
Connect the phone, go to bootloader and in ramldr click on send ramldr -> choose our new updated ldr_*.bin
When you see err: divide the region of the memory (10 00 00 00 - 12 00 00 00) in two equal length pieces and change the ldr_*.bin with the new values. Here is the example:
Region: 10 00 00 00 - 12 00 00 00
1 Piece: 10 00 00 00 - 10 FF FF FF
2 Piece: 11 00 00 00 - 12 00 00 00
And thus, it is possible to find the "broken addresses". It may be necessary to divide erroneous region to in half and pass regions many times..
From the phone with broken memory that we mentioned the region was: 10 F3 FF FF - 10 F6 00 00
2. As soon as we found the bad memory now it is time to make the backup
Hint: address 10 00 00 00 in the phone is addres 00 00 00 00 in the backup
Here is how you can do it:
Part 1 - from address 00 00 00 00 to the start address of the broken memory we will call it part1.bin
Part 2 - From the end address of the broken memory to address 02 00 00 00 (which is 12 00 00 00 in phone memory),
we will call it part2.bin
Hint: use the windows calculator to calculate the addresses in the "Scientific Mode" using Hex type
3. 3a. Now it is time for recovery. Prepare your ldr_*.bin files:
ldr_part1.bin
ldr_part2.bin
* They can be more in case you have more than 1 erroneous memory part
We need to change addresses now:
1). In ldr_part1.bin on address F8 write 10 00 00 00, and on address FC - the start address of erroneous memory part
2). In ldr_part2.bin on address F8 write the start address of the erroneous memory part and on FC write 12 00 00 00
3b. Start ramldr, connect our corpse and load it in bootloader mode, use "Send Ramldr" and choose ldr_part1.bin. Now choose "erase", you will see ACK ERASE, and select "base addr" as "10000000". Choose "send binary"
and send part1.bin. Restart the phone (you may need to remove the battery and start back in bootloader using the 4 and 5 pin method)
Do exactly the same with ldr_part2.bin/part2.bin.
Now it is the tricky part - if the bad memory block is not critical for the phone system - your phone will work! Unfortunately if it is - it is time for you to buy a new phone :)

So Which Flash file higher than others ?
OK , Let me start , you have to know the Alphabetical letter for more than a No.
Here the method :
1- Go to Calculator in your PC from start menu then choose ACCESSORIES , then choose calculator .
2- Press View then scientific then choose HEX .
3- Of course files we have diff between the last Alphabet with the RED Color . So you will write 26 after choose HEX then press DEC it will show to you Field = 38 .
4- Repeat same method then write 1A then press DEC it will show to you Field = 26.
5- Repeat smae method the write 12 then press DEC it will show to you field = 18.
So which version is higher than other ?
No.1 Higher is :

then No.2 is :

And read next tutorial:
1-install Phoenix_2008_34-V1.exe and wait for about 5 min to finish installation,the patch soft will appear,now click PATCH,restart PC.
2-Download and install needed flash file from
here
(note:install only needed flash file,not more than one)
3-Launch phoenix and go File--Manage connections..--select NO CONNECTION and Apply.
4-Go FILE--Open Product--select your model and OK.
5-Go Flashing--Firmware update,new window popup,
Press [...] button and select desired product code
(If you install more than one flash file,products will be mixed for you now)
6-check DEAD PHONE USB FLASHING and press Refurbish,soft will ask you to power on the phone do it and enjoy FREE FAST EASY BB5 FLASHING.
